HALABOUTIT LLC accepts most major credit cards.  Credit Card regulations often require more stringent procedures specifically relating to shipment to addresses on charge card billing statement. 

Please make sure your phone number and the Address where your charge card billing statement comes to as well as other verification information is CORRECT  Reserve the right to ship your merchandise to the address the credit card company has provided.  MUST Provide CORRECT Physical Location Shipping Address. Customer is Responsible for accepting ALL Shipments and  Responsible for any damage, loss, theft or other issue(s) after Confirmation of Delivery.

Most Order of $2000 or less will accept valid Credit Card Payment depending on your credit cards terms and conditions  Some credit cards will accept larger purchase price.  NO Order will be processed until Full Amount of payment has been Validated and Transferred

ALL LARGE or Custom ordered items Including but Not limited to Steel Bodies, Chassis and related Parts   MUST have Pre Approved Check   Money Order or other approved payment method.  Customers payment, recommend that you send a certified check or money order, and be willing to wait up to 21 days for your check to Clear and Transfer before purchase is Processed.



Require FULL Payment BEFORE Order is Processed.  These are ordered from a Direct Build Sheet Order and NOT Refundable. 


All merchandise Purchased in and/or Delivered to GEORGIA is subject to applicable sales taxes. All merchandise delivered at swap meets, trade shows or car shows, ETC is subject to all applicable state and/or local Tax if Customer is a GEORGIA legal Resident or Purchased at a location Event in GEORGIA (If Item(s) are purchased prior outside GEORGIA and just picked up in GEORGIA Sales Tax may NOT be Required)

 If you have ordered products to be delivered Customer responsibility to pick up order as per agreement.  


HALABOUTIT LLC  NOT responsible parts failure due to improper installation, or modification of the items.  Does Not offer any guarantee of fitment for any particular purpose and limits FULL liability to the purchase price of the item(s). All parts should be installed by properly trained individuals. 


MUST inspect your order upon receipt. If a mistake or something arrived damaged, we will  address issue

All Returns on may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the original purchase price within 15 days from purchase date. 

Item exchange – within 15 days from purchase date

Store Credit – within 30 days from purchase date

After 30 Days  – Items return maybe considered based on items and current availability and other factors   NO Guarantee on return acceptance 

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges. Exchanging an item(s),  Company will Not ship the new merchandise or refund the product until receives and processes the item(s) that are returning. Shipping item(s)  recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

ALL Return must be unused and undamaged and in original packaging. 

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns of purchases except when item arrives damaged by shipping or manufacture defect issue.

Once your return is received and inspected, will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Please allow 30 days for refund processing. 

Refusing a shipment may cause extra charges to the shipper and Not providing a tracking number or insurance for the return package. 

Contact us for a return authorization prior to shipping back. If you choose to refuse a shipment, you will be charged double shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee. If package is lost by carrier when returning unwanted items, you are responsible for the original purchase price of the unreturned merchandise. An insurance claim can be made with your shipping carrier choice if needed.

If you received the wrong product or the product was damaged, contact us immediately and describe the issue in detail along with proof of purchase (invoice, order number or receipt). If eligible, Please allow at least 2 – 5 Business days for response to be delivered via email.

– All electrical related items (Plug wires, wire harnesses, Distributors, Alternators, Starters, ETC )  No exceptions.  IMPORTANT NOTICE :  ALL Electrical items Customers responsibility to Inspect electrical system is operating properly BEFORE installing a new electrical item. Any damage thereof is the Customer Responsibility  

– ALL Clearance Items.  Used auto parts and items   Rebuild Service Items  No exceptions.

– ALL Special Orders (Any items that normally would Not be inventory)


– ALL CHASSIS and FRAME  including Related Parts  NO EXCEPTIONS

– WHEELS  and Wheel Accessories   NO EXCEPTIONS    Wheels are built to order with specific Size Off Sets   Bare or with Color/Chrome   ETC


All returns Must contact us with a copy of your original invoice or order number with name/address, reason for return/exchange or refund.  Before returning an item, please contact for an RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) number
